I am a counsellor and psychotherapist with a deep respect for the complexity of being human. My work is grounded in the belief that within each person there exists an inherent wisdom — a “wise self” — that, when safely accessed, guides meaningful change.
I work relationally and collaboratively.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you, but about creating a space where your experiences can be explored with care, curiosity, and psychological safety. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what feels confusing or overwhelming, and gently reconnect you with your own insight and strength.
My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and depth-oriented. I draw from existential psychotherapy, grief theory, nervous system awareness, and somatic practices. This allows us to work not only with thoughts, but also with the body, emotions, and the deeper narratives that shape your life.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked as a clinical naturopath and massage therapist, which informed my appreciation of the mind–body connection. Today, my focus is psychotherapy grounded in ethical practice, reflective supervision, and ongoing professional development.

Wise Self Therapy offers video and telephone telehealth therapy sessions for those who prefer the convenience of virtual therapy. The teletherapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially.
